Application Privacy Notice

Last updated July 18, 2026. This notice explains how PartnerWithHer handles information submitted through the creator application workflow.

What the application collects

The first application collects names, age ranges, contact details, creator status, selected support needs, content boundaries, and three required review photos: one clear face photo, one full-body photo, and one favourite photo.

Detailed identity documents are not requested at this stage. If an application progresses, any later verification is handled privately during onboarding.

How application data is used

Application data is used to assess fit, reply to applicants, keep a private record of the submission, and operate the intake process.

The three required photos are reviewed privately for application assessment only. They are not published, distributed as creator content, or used in promotional material.

Application details move through PartnerWithHer's private intake workflow and are used only for recruitment and application follow-up.

Email delivery and file handling

Application data is delivered to the private recruitment inbox at applications@partnerwithher.com, with the three required review photos attached for assessment.

Those review photos are used only for private application assessment. They are not stored publicly, published on the site, or treated as creator content.

Application files are not exposed publicly through the website and are processed only for private review.
